Who holds your data
RECARGA is a project of Bregway LLC, which is responsible for the waitlist. For anything about your data, write to hola@recarga.community.
What we keep
Your email, the language you signed up in, which form you used, the campaign parameters (utm) of the link that brought you, if any, and the date.
What for
To tell you before anyone else how the house is coming along and when we open, and to invite you to opening night. Nothing else: we don't sell or share your email, and we don't use it for anything more.
Who processes it
The list is stored with Supabase (servers in São Paulo, Brazil), emails go out through Resend and the site runs on Vercel (United States). They only access your data to provide that service to us. By signing up you agree to it being processed outside Argentina by these providers.
Cookies and measurement
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you arrive from a campaign link, we keep those parameters in our own cookie (rc_utm) for 30 days, to know which campaign worked.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and identifies no one. To stop abuse of the form we use a one-way hash of your IP address for a few minutes.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or we stop using the list, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Leaving your email is voluntary; without it we can't tell you. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@recarga.community, and every email we send has a link to unsubscribe.
Supervisory authority
As the data subject, you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the data protection rules.
